As a member of the Human Services leadership team, the Managing Director works collaboratively with other leaders in the Human Services unit and the company to deliver on Mathematica’s strategic objectives and support a vibrant culture. The division serves clients in government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels as well as private philanthropic and nonprofit clients. Each division has over 200 professionals with specializations in evaluation, research, capacity building and technical assistance, data analytics, operations, surveys, and building and maintaining technology to support using data to strengthen and improve programs. Depending on expertise and qualifications, candidates may be considered for leadership of the Children, Youth, and Families Division or the Education and Employment Division.
